The Medicover Telemedicine application offers the possibility to schedule online consultations and conduct them via video room. The application menu provides each user access to the following available functions:

• Ability for each client to view their scheduled appointments (date and time, doctor's name)
• Viewing transactions (amount, ID, name, status, etc.)
• Client can add an appointment, selecting: date, time, specialization, doctor (as well as viewing profiles of suggested doctors for the selected specialization), adding symptoms, possibility to upload documents (e.g., previous consultations or necessary documents to provide more details about the health issue)
• Viewing appointments by day, week, month, with information about day, time, doctor
• Client can add the following information in the profile section: name, surname, email address, password change option, adding a profile picture
• Patient will be notified via email about account registration, adding appointments, as well as about the time remaining until the consultation (one hour until consultation, five minutes until consultation)
• Patient can view consultation history, doctor's report for each appointment, as well as view attached documents
• For paying patients, they will have the option to pay for the consultation directly online using the PayU method

Therefore, patients will be able to access Medicover's services through the dedicated online appointment platform simply by accessing the application and creating an account.
